To me, lifeforce isn’t just about sexuality. It’s the pulse of creativity, purpose, and intimacy with self, other, and Spirit that animates everything. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside hundreds of women as they softened back into their bodies, remembered their power, and gave themselves permission to dream again.

My own path here wasn’t linear—it’s a story of disconnection, awakening, and deep reclamation.
